- 1/2 tsp Methi/Fenugreek Powder
- 1/4th tsp Nutmeg Powder
- 3-5 Pure Saffron Strands
- 2 Cloves
DIRECTIONS
- Boil all the above-mentioned ingredients in 2 cups of water or in 1 cup pure hormone-free Indian cow (desi) milk.
- Add 1/2 to 1 tbsp pure raw, unpasteurized honey in it.
- Sip slowly as a bedtime drink.

INGREDIENTS Of Aphrodisiac Honey
- 1 jar of Raw Unpasteurized Honey
- 1 small Onion
- 6 -8 pods of sliced Garlic.
DRY GRIND-
- 4 Cloves
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 8 Pure Saffron Strands
- 1/4th tsp Fenugreek Seeds

DIRECTIONS
- Take 2 tbsp of finely chopped onion and add it to a jar of honey. Also, add sliced garlic in it.
- Now take the dry ground mix and put it into this jar of honey.
- Let it infuse for 10 days.
- Consume 1 tbsp 1 hour after dinner or add to hot water which has already been boiled and sip warm.
