Ingredients
- 1 glass chilled milk
- Half cup makhana
- 4 cashews
- 4 almonds
- Soaked raisins or dates (as per taste) for sweetness
- 1 tsp mixed seeds
- A pinch of cinnamon and cardamom powder

Directions
- Dry roast makhanas in a pan till they turn golden brown in colour. Keep them aside.
- In the same pan, roast cashews, almonds and seeds.
- Put all these roasted ingredients in a mixer grinder once they come down to room temperature. Grind to make a fine powder.
- Now add a glass of chilled milk into this fine powder. Also, add soaked raisins or dates. Blend it to form a milkshake.
- Last but not the least, add a pinch of both cinnamon and cardamom powder. Blend it again for a few seconds.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy your health drink.
