Beautiful Actress Sonali Bendre who ruled Bollywood during the 90s and early 2000s, with films like Sarfarosh, Duplicate, Major Saab, Hum Saath Saath Hain, and Diljale has been diagnosed with high grade cancer that has metastasized. Sonali Bendre Reveals Cancer Diagnosis by posting a picture with her husband-film producer Goldie Behl on her social media handles. Bendre revealed through the post that she is battling cancer. Although the type or stage of cancer is not known yet, the actress mentions that it is “high grade”.
For your information, High-grade cancer cells tend to grow and spread more quickly than low-grade cancer cells. It usually has a worse prognosis and may need treatment right away or treatment that is more aggressive (intensive).

Sonali Bendre Reveals Cancer Diagnosis
Through her post, she has also shown the gratitude towards her loved ones who have made the fight easier.
Here is a lengthy note that she has shared “Sometimes, when you least expect it, life throws you a curveball. I have recently been diagnosed with a high grade cancer that has metastasized, which we frankly did not see coming. A niggling pain led to some tests, which led to this unexpected diagnosis. My family and close friends have rallied around me, providing the best support system that anyone can ask for. I am very blessed and thankful for each of them.”
“There is no better way to tackle this, than to take swift and immediate action. And so, as advised by my doctors, I am currently undergoing a course of treatment in New York. We remain optimistic and I am determined to fight every step of the way. What has helped has been the immense outpouring of love and support I’ve received over the past few days, for which I am very grateful. I’m taking this battle head on, knowing I have the strength of my family and friends behind me,” she added.

Sonali Bendre, 43, has a 13-year-old son named Ranveer. Her song, Humma Humma, in the movie Bombay was one of the most iconic in the 90s. She was recently replaced by Huma Qureshi on her show India’s Best Draamebaaz.
